They also took home a diamond award for Community/MFI Banking Excellence. These wins are a testament to Centenary Bank's ongoing commitment to digital transformation, customer-focused innovation, and leveraging technology to promote financial inclusion.
So, what's the secret to their success? According to Micheal Bulyerali, Manager of Digital Marketing and Communications, it's all about delivering simple, secure, and transformative digital banking solutions. They've been busy reimagining how customers interact with the bank, whether through mobile apps, agent banking, or online platforms like internet banking. She stated that winning these awards is both humbling and inspiring, reflecting the trust customers place in them and the dedication of their team. Centenary Bank's vision is to be the preferred provider of innovative financial solutions, particularly in microfinance, and these awards reinforce that goal.
