OutKick & Fox News Launch Riley Gaines' New Podcast | Culture, Sports & Women's Rights (2026)

In an exciting development for sports media, OutKick has announced a new multi-year partnership with Riley Gaines, marking a significant step in Fox News Digital's broader media expansion strategy. This announcement was made by Porter Berry, the President and Editor-in-Chief of Fox News Media, on Wednesday.

Riley Gaines, a distinguished collegiate swimmer who has earned All-American honors twelve times, will be revitalizing OutKick’s former “Gaines for Girls” podcast, rebranding it as “The Riley Gaines Show,” which is set to premiere on January 7.

Berry expressed his enthusiasm about Gaines joining the team, stating, "Riley has been an influential voice within OutKick and across FOX News Media, advocating for women throughout the nation. I am delighted that she will contribute her distinctive perspective on a range of topics—from cultural trends to pressing current affairs—while continuing to empower young conservative women."

Gaines is known for her outspoken stance on the inclusion of transgender athletes in women's sports. She remarked, "I began this journey simply voicing the belief that biological males should not compete in women's sports, and from the very beginning, OutKick and FOX News Media have supported my cause. They've given me a platform to raise awareness about the transgender issue in athletics, sparking change that will safeguard the dreams of women in sports. I'm incredibly eager to launch my new show, discussing various themes and showcasing stories of women who are fighting for these rights alongside me."

Her rise to prominence occurred after she was compelled to compete against transgender swimmer Lia Thomas in 2022, an experience that included sharing a locker room with Thomas. Since then, Gaines has devoted herself to advocating for the protection of women's sports.

OutKick noted that Gaines draws from her national advocacy for women's rights, her steadfast commitment to faith and family, and her readiness to express her views candidly. Through engaging commentary and insightful interviews, she aims to help her audience navigate the complexities of today's cultural environment while cultivating lives grounded in family values and faith.

Gaines’ activism has had significant political repercussions, contributing to initiatives such as President Donald Trump's executive order titled "Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports" and prompting legislation in 27 states prohibiting transgender students from participating in women’s sports.

New episodes of "The Riley Gaines Show" will be released every Wednesday and Friday on YouTube, as well as on various podcast platforms.

It’s worth noting that Fox News and OutKick have shared ownership, further integrating their media strategies.
