He admitted that he prefers to escape his $8 million Kansas City home during the bye week. "If you're healthy and can take a break, I like to recharge by getting away. Not everyone feels the same; many players stay in town with their families."
Travis explained his need for travel and new experiences, saying, "Being in Kansas City for eight months a year can be nice, but I need to move, travel, and see new places and friends. I have a lot of friends and family on the East Coast, so it's great to visit them."
